Banks, post offices and state liquor stores will be closed. Only express mail will be delivered.

PennDOT driver's license and photo centers will be closed. Pittsburgh trash collection will be delayed one day throughout the week.

Westmoreland and Fayette county transit offices will be closed. There will be no bus service from these counties.

The Port Authority of Allegheny County will operate on a holiday schedule. For details, visit www.portauthority.org or call 412-442-2000.
