The following people were committed to the Armstrong County Jail on Thursday and Friday, according to jail records: &#149 Tammi Lynn Wolfe, 39, of 111 Route 1018, Kittanning, by the court, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking. She is being held on $2,000 bond. &#149 Rosemary Rae Harkleroad, 35, of 10938 Route 85, Kittanning, by the court, on a bench warrant for failure to comply and bad checks. &#149 Timothy Allen Swank, 40, of 120 Mountaineer Drive, Kittanning, by the court, on a bench warrant for bad checks. &#149 Tyler Anderson, 22, of 107 Grant St., McGrann, by the court, on a bench warrant for failure to respond. &#149 David Shultz, 54, of 438 Kittanning Hollow Road, East Brady, by the state police, on charges of simple assault and harassment. He is being held on $5,000 bond.
