Armstrong County Jail commitments

The following people were committed to the Armstrong County Jail during the weekend, according to jail records:

• Joseph Michael Borgne II, 28, of Ecourse, Mich., by District Judge James Owen on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief. He is being held on $50,000 bond.

• Jacob Daniel Bracken, 18, of 612 Fifth Ave., Ford City, by District Judge James Owen on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He is being held on $10,000 bond.

Natasha Marie Koncar, 27, of 1330 Lower Mateer Road, Vandergrift, by District Judge James Owen on charges of simple assault, criminal mischief, harassment, disorderly conduct: engaging in fighting and public drunkenness. She is being held on $2,500 bond.

Melissa Irene Ion, 36, of 316 S. Third St., Apollo, by District Judge James Owen on charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct: engaging in fighting and public drunkenness. She is being held on $2,500 bond.
