The following people were committed to Armstrong County Jail on Friday, according to jail records: &#149 Joshua Reed Toy, 24, of 144 Byron St., McGrann, by District Judge J. Gary DeComo on two counts each of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and single counts of criminal use of communication facility and possession with intent to deliver, in lieu of $25,000 bail. &#149 Timothy John Houlf, 36, of 294 N. Grant Ave., Kittanning, by the probation office on a probation violation.
