A Massachusetts woman claims she was raped by a masked man but was able to identify the attacker as her boss because of his bad breath. Tuen K. Lee, 36, pleaded innocent this week to three counts of aggravated rape, kidnapping and other charges. The allegations stem from a late January attack, WCVB-TV, Needham, Mass., reported Wednesday. A woman said that while she was getting ready for bed one night, a man wearing a ski mask held a knife to her throat and raped her. But she said she recognized the man when she smelled his breath, the television station reported. Lee was arrested Feb. 3 after authorities said they gathered DNA evidence from the scene of the attack. He was being held on $100,000 bail. © Copyright 2005 by United Press International
