Baritone Meglioranza to perform at St. Vincent
American baritone Thomas Meglioranza will make his second appearance at St. Vincent College Concert on Nov. 20.
Admission to the concert in the Science Center Amphitheatre of college near Latrobe, is $20. A Classic Evening at St. Vincent, with a sit-down dinner at 6 p.m. and a concert at 8 p.m., is available at $30 per person.
Meglioranza will perform the complete Winterreise song cycle by Franz Schubert.
Meglioranza, a 2002 winner of the Concert Artists Guild International Competition and a 2003 winner of the Franz Schubert and Music of Modernity International Competition in Graz, Austria, has appeared at many prestigious festivals, including Marlboro, Tanglewood, Aspen, Ravinia, Bowdoin, and the Pacific Music Festival. He is noted for his performances of early music, baroque works and both classic and contemporary operas. He is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music.

UPG group presents coffeehouse series
Musicians will perform styles from rock to country to ethnic group dancing during a coffeehouse music series at the Exchange Coffee House at University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.
Performances will start at 9:15 p.m. each Friday through Dec. 10, with the following artists:

Church to host music festival Sunday
A Fall Music Festival will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at First Lutheran Church, Third and Main streets, Greensburg.
Choirs from six area Lutheran churches will present hymns and anthems. A reception will follow.
St. Vincent music students perform at recital
The St. Vincent College Department of Fine Arts Concerts will present a studio recital for music students at 3 p.m. Nov. 21, in the Science Center Amphitheatre at the college near Latrobe.
Performing in the free concert will be Sarah Bachner, Brittany Blevins, Paul Boland, Danielle Cartaxo, Carla Gigliotti, Katrina Greco, Ryan Growden, Rachael Hofmann, Andrew Jeffers, Jennifer Koury, Mollie Luginski, Douglas McIndoe, Patrick Pirilla and Sean Thornton.
