Sony’s “Bewitched” grossed $20 million its premier week. Fox’s “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” made $17 million for a total box office of $125 million. In their debut week: “Herbie: Fully Loaded,” distributed by Buena Vista, grossed $13 million and “George A.
