Building 8 at Bayer's Robinson Township headquarters campus recently underwent a facelift, and the result was demonstrated at the World of Concrete held earlier this year in Las Vegas. The structure, built in 1980, has had two additions over the years, causing the building to have color variations. Bayer worked with Tnemec Co. Inc. to develop paints for a complete repainting of the building. Richard Lampenfield Painting Inc. prepared the surface for the coatings, and six month later, the job was completed. Carl Angeloff, manager of market development for the Maintenance and Monomers coatings business for Bayer MaterialScience, said the building's new color should look good for another 20 years.
