The Bichon Frise Club of Western Pennsylvania will hold it annual picnic on Sunday.
The picnic will take place at noon at the Commissioner's Grove in Boyce Park, at 675 Old Frankstown Road in Plum. The picnic is open to any Bichon Frise owner. Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a leash.
