Black Box Corp. said Tuesday it will purchase for an undisclosed price Mutual Telecom Services Inc., a Needham, Mass-based telecommunications services provider.
Privately held Mutual Telecom's annual revenues, from servicing federal agencies including the Department of Defense, are in the $46 million range, according to Cecil-based Black Box.
