Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have listed their Beverly Hills, Calif., for $28 million, the Los Angeles Times reported Sunday.

The now-empty estate is being sold as part of the former golden couple's divorce settlement.

The house was built in the late 1930s for actor Fredric March and has been extensively refurbished.

It has a 35 mm screening room with black leather seating; Brazilian mahogany floors; a stainless-steel kitchen; and an art studio with skylights.

The master bedroom suite boasts his and her sitting rooms, one that was turned into an enormous closet, and there are three guest suites.

The ground floor includes a glass walled pub that opens to an outdoor fireplace, pool and spa. Outside, is a north-south-aligned tennis court.
