The father of a British girl stabbed by another girl while waiting in line for lunch is calling for more powers for schools and police to fight bullying. A 14-year-old girl was charged with the stabbing at Collingwood College in Camberley that sent a 15-year-old girl to the hospital, the Telegraph of London reports. She was stabbed in the back, chest, head and face with a pair of scissors and had surgery to repair a punctured eyelid. She is now home. The girl was charged and will appear in court Wednesday. The father of the victim said schools, including teachers, need powers to combat violence. He said it was the third time his daughter had been attacked at school or by schoolmates. © Copyright 2005 by United Press International
