Business Alternatives Inc. of Plum, specializing in copiers and document management, has been acquired by ComDoc Inc., the largest Ricoh equipment dealer nationwide.
Terms weren't disclosed but ComDoc , with offices in Ohio, New York and West Virginia, said it will continue to expand east with its new Pittsburgh area office.
The office will move to the Murrysville Industrial Park in Westmoreland County in September.
