G.O. Carlson Inc. announced the retirement of Rick Trudeau, vice president, sales-plate. Craig C.Travaglini will fill Trudeau's position.

Timothy D. Berkebile, Rochelle R. Breier, Gabriel T. Dym, Sarabeth Gaver, Joshua D. Hill, William D. Ledoux, Jr., Harry A. Readshaw, Krista Reale Samis and Kevin M. Skjoldal were elected partners at Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC.

Maria E. Soohey, general counsel and chief financial officer, Aestique Medical Center, assumed the office of president of the Westmoreland Bar Association.
