Dr. Charles “Chip” Burke, UPMC orthopedic surgeon and clinical associate professor at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, received the Excellence in Safety Award at the 2015 USA Hockey's Annual Congress' Night of Tribute awards dinner in Colorado Springs, Colo.
