Talks are going on in Hollywood to have actor Bill Murray reprise his role as the voice of Garfield the cat in "Garfield 2."
Breckin Meyer and Jennifer Love Hewitt have already agreed to return, but Hewitt's role will be greatly diminished because she is busy with her new CBS TV show "Ghost Whisperer," the Hollywood Reporter said Friday.
Also on board to lend their voices are Billy Connolly and Lucy Davis, the Reporter said.
"Garfield 2" will be directed by Tim Hill with a 2006 summer release.
