Cause of death withheld for fishermen found dead in Allegheny River

Steven Sieminski, 62, and his son, Justin Sieminski, 30, both of Harrison, were found in the Allegheny River on Tuesday morning. They had gone fishing Sunday and didn't make it back home.
The Westmoreland County Coroner's Office is not releasing the cause of death for two fishermen whose bodies were removed from the Allegheny River Tuesday.
The bodies of Steven Sieminski, 62, and his son, Justin Sieminski, 30, both of Harrison, were found just downriver from where they disappeared Sunday night along the river in the Braeburn section of Lower Burrell.
Deputy Coroner John Ackerman said there were no obvious signs of trauma on either man but said the cause and manner of their deaths are being withheld pending further investigation. Autopsies on both men were completed Tuesday.
The men had gone fishing Sunday evening and planned to return home early Monday morning. When they didn't return, family members reported them missing. A search until after dark on Monday failed. Just before 8 a.m. Tuesday, someone reported seeing something floating in the river near the mouth of Chartiers Run, which turned out to be the bodies of the men.
