CFO to leave Allegheny Energy Inc.
Philip L. Goulding, who joined Allegheny Energy Inc. five years ago to help turn around a company in serious financial trouble, has resigned as CFO, effective Oct. 13. Goulding, who joined Allegheny Energy in 2003 as chief commercial officer and vice president, strategic planning, became chief financial officer fewer than three years later.
