Brentwood 27, Steel Valley 20 -- Steve Sikora scored on a 1-yard run with 1:31 remaining to lift No. 7 Brentwood (4-1, 3-1) over Steel Valley (3-2, 3-1) in the Century Conference. Sikora had 91 rushing yards and three total touchdowns on the night. Marcus Pollard had 188 rushing yards and two touchdowns (37, 55) for Steel Valley.
Mars 49, Cornell 14 -- Bill Bair ran for 206 yards and four touchdowns to lead No. 10 Mars (4-1, 3-1) over Cornell (0-5, 0-5) in the Tri-County North Conference. D.J. Cannon completed just two passes, but did have a touchdown run for the Planets. Bo Churnam rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns in defeat.
Aliquippa 43, Ellwood City 7 -- Baron Cox rushed for 157 yards and three touchdowns for No. 2 Aliquippa (5-0, 4-0) in a Midwestern Conference victory over Ellwood City (1-4, 1-4). D'Mar Jeter was 6 of 10 for 131 yards and a 57-yard touchdown pass for the Quips. Nicholas Nardone connected on a 9-yard pass to Jeffrey Ketterer for the lone Ellwood City touchdown.
Sto-Rox 27, Beaver Falls 20 -- Josh Buckley caught three touchdown passes from Jules Crosby, as No. 9 Sto-Rox (4-1, 3-1) edged Beaver Falls (1-4, 1-4) in the Midwestern Conference. Crosby was 19 of 29 for 274 yards and four touchdowns. Todd Thomas had an 83-yard run and a 41-yard punt return for touchdowns for Beaver Falls.
Ford City 42, Northgate 0 -- Derek Bush had 150 rushing yards, a running score, and a receiving touchdown to lead No. 4 Ford City (4-1, 4-0) past Northgate (3-2, 3-2) in the Allegheny Conference. Two of Ryan Hand's three completions went for Ford City touchdowns. Northgate managed just 15 yards on 22 carries for the game.
South Fayette 17, Carlynton 13 -- Dillon Sawers had two touchdowns (one rushing, one receiving) as South Fayette (4-1, 4-0) survived a 13-point fourth quarter to defeat Carlynton (1-4, 1-4) in the Century Conference. South Fayette quarterback Jon Taglianetti was 4 of 9 for 102 yards and a touchdown. Deon Summers had 142 passing yards, 187 rushing yards, and two passing touchdowns for Carlynton. The Cougars ran for 203 yards for the game.
Center 42, Beaver 13 -- Maurice Carter and Jeff Cicone each scored two touchdowns for Center (4-1, 4-1) in a Midwestern Conference win over Beaver (3-2, 3-1). Carter had 135 rushing yards on 21 carries. Colin Farrow had a touchdown run and a touchdown pass for the Trojans. Manny Cutlip had a 40-yard interception return for a touchdown in the loss.
