An Ohio Township restaurant that has gone through several name changes in recent years is scheduled for auction at a sheriff's sale Monday, after the building's mortgage lender foreclosed on the property.

The restaurant, in the 600 block of Camp Horne Road, most recently was known as Friday's Harbor. Before that, it was known as Bourbon Street Square and as Mardi Gras Steak and Seafood.

For several months last year, the restaurant had a sign on it saying that it would reopen as a Mexican restaurant. It has not reopened, however.

Blackburn & Brown Mortgage Inc. of Sacramento, Calif., has received no payment from the restaurant's owner in more than a year, according to Gary Stoll, a broker with the company. He said the company has had trouble locating the owners.

Stoll said the building and property are worth $1.35 million. The property's assessed value is $761,200, according to the Allegheny County Real Estate Web Site.

The building's owners, listed on the county's Web site as John W. Connolly and Annette C. Connolly, also owe the county more than $8,000 in real estate taxes, according to the county's real estate office. They could not be reached for comment.
