Goheenville Neighbors
The Goheenville Friendly Neighbors met at the Goheenville Presbyterian Church with eight members in attendance on March 11.
President Helen Galbraith presided at the meeting. Lois Houser was in charge of devotions and read “Our Greatest Needs.” Alda Powell read “It All Makes Sense Now.” The secretary and treasurer's reports were read and approved. One get well card was sent.
The door prize was won by Darlene Reedy and the president won the fundraiser.
After lunch everyone made red bird, blue bird, and frog wind catchers.
The group will play bingo next month. Alda Powell will be in charge of the gifts.
Nellie Bly Questers
The Nellie Bly Questers met at the home of Kay Shedwick with 11 members in attendance on March 23. President Ann Pepling welcomed one of the new members, Janet Hood. Another new member, Janet Lasher, was unable to attend the meeting.
Three outings to museums were made during January, February, and March. The first was to Westmoreland Museum in Greensburg. The second was to Butler to the Maridon Museum with a luncheon at the Hickory Woods Restaurant afterwards. And the third was a trip to Allegheny-Kiski Valley Historical Society.
Hostess Kay Shedwick had a program about political campaign buttons and how they originated. She had a collection of old and new buttons to show us.
After the program, refreshments were served by the hostess. The next meeting will be at the home of Eleanor McCool on April 27. There will also be a Show and Tell and a silent auction.
Disaster Relief
Disaster Relief of Armstrong County meets at 6 p.m. April 9 at the Manor Township Municipal Building. Discussion includes flea market results, upcoming craft/vendor/flea market, and open and new cases.

Retirees
The Sub Chapter 8406 of AFSCME Retirees, Chapter 13, Retired Public Employees of Pennsylvania meet at 1:30 p.m. April 8 at the Kittanning Senior Center, 125 Queen St., Kittanning. All retired public employees are welcome.
