Moon Area High School students might not be able to park much longer in Sharon Hill Manor in Moon.

After hearing complaints on Wednesday about traffic and littering, township supervisors voted unanimously to prepare an ordinance calling for permit-only parking between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Bradley, Springer, Patton and South Patton drives.

High school students began parking on those streets when the new high school opened in January adjacent to Sharon Hill Manor, but space was limited. To permit emergency vehicles to pass, police restricted traffic to one side of the street, but residents said they still have had problems in backing out of their homes and Clearview Federal Credit Union.
