Gov. Ed Rendell’s education plan would provide money for Pennsylvania school districts to offer full-day kindergarten, but the districts would decide whether to implement it. A description of the plan was incorrect in Thursday’s editions. Also, North Hills School District offers both half- and full-day kindergarten.
