State Rep. Jeff Habay did not tell North Hills Community Outreach officials that state funding for a food pantry annex had been frozen. Fay Morgan, director of the agency, incorrectlty attributed the comment to Habay in a story that appeared in some editions on Page B3 Nov. 14.
