County Line Church of the Brethren will hold a “Live Nativity” from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Dec. 3 and 4. There will be a fire outside to roast hot dogs and food inside the fellowship hall. Donations will be accepted for the Spiritual Renewal Team and also a local charity.

Toys for Tots sign-up will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 1 at the Cook Township Community Center, 1698 State Route 711, Stahlstown. Bring your child’s Social Security card and proof of Westmoreland County assistance. For more information, call 724-593-7743.

There will be a Toy Bash Dec. 5 at the Indian Creek Valley Community Center. Doors open at noon. The bash will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Tickets are $5. See any fireman for tickets or call 724-455-6510, 724-455-3509, 724-455-3411 or 724-455-3902. The bash benefits Saltlick Township and Normalville Volunteer fire departments.

There will be a public open house held at Champion Christian School from 4 to 7 p.m. Dec. 9 at both the North and South campuses. There also will be a kindergarten readiness workshop at the South Campus at 7 p.m. For more information, call 724-455-2122.

Come play Tuesday night bingo at the Normalville Volunteer Fire Department’s hall, 3387 Springfield Pike, starting at 6:45 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Support clean water and a safe and healthy community. The Mountain Watershed Association is selling its yearly fundraising calendars. The association is also selling Sarris candy. The following are ICV Christian Family & Children’s Center bus trips:

• Nine spots are left for the Sight and Sound Theatre in Lancaster to see “The Miracle of Christmas” on Dec. 1. Dinner at Hershey Farms included. Bus will leave Champion Christian School’s North Campus in Donegal at 7:30 a.m. for a 1 p.m. showing. Cost is $95 for ages 18 and older, $80 for ages 13 to 18; $68 for ages 3 to 12 . • Toby Mac and Skillet are coming to the Petersen Events Center at the University of Pittsburgh in Oakland on Dec. 10. The Wellspring Church Blanket Them With Love homeless outreach was a great success. Thank you to all who donated. They will be making another trip Dec. 11 and are collecting warm winter clothes for the homeless in Pittsburgh.
