An Indianapolis attorney who was on the team that sent boxer Mike Tyson to jail in 1992 is consulting for a new CBS drama based on her life.

Attorney Barb Trathen worked in the Marion County prosecutors office for more than 20 years, the Indianapolis Star reported Monday. She's still a prosecutor, but now in Hamilton Country, Ind.

Trathen's resume' is expanding, however, as consultant for the drama, "Close to Home," which is loosely based on her experiences and set to debut this fall, the Star said.

Trathen said although "Close to Home" makes many literary exceptions, she is satisfied so far with how it's shaping up.

"The technical parts are perhaps not perfect, but the soul of it is right," Trathen said.

The show is co-produced by "CSI's" Jerry Bruckheimer and stars daytime Emmy winner Jennifer Finnigan.
