Washington County District Attorney John C. Pettit scheduled a news conference at 10 a.m. Tuesday to outline details possibly connecting the death of a Washington County woman in November with two men recently charged with conspiring to kill two families in Richmond, Va.

Treva Terrell Gray, 35, was found dead Nov. 5 near woods in Washington, Washington County. She was married to Ricky Gavon Gray, 28, who was charged by Richmond police last week in connection to the deaths of seven people since New Year's Day.

Ricky Gray's cousin, Ray Joseph Dandridge, 28, also was charged after the men were arrested in Philadelphia Jan. 7. It was unclear where the men lived.

Pettit and Washington police did not return phone messages Saturday.

Washington police previously said both men are suspects in Treva Gray's death.

A Richmond General District Court judge ordered Richmond police not to discuss the case against Dandridge and Ricky Gray, a police spokeswoman said yesterday.
