Two pickups and a car heading toward Ross Street rear-ended each other between Garfield and Corbet streets, according to Brad James, deputy chief of Eureka Fire Rescue. James said two adults were taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Tarentum police could not immediately be reached for comment; it’s unknown if any charges will be filed. Tenth Avenue was blocked for about a half-hour until the vehicles were cleared from the street.
