He was sentenced to probation for six months. * James Russell Noah, 26, of Chillicothe, Ohio, pleaded guilty to intimidation of witness/victim, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and harassment. He was sentenced to nine to 18 months in jail. He was also ordered to successfully complete anger management classes. * Lisa Beverly Karr, 40, of 537 Sewickley St., Southwest Greensburg, charged with simple assault and harassment, was accepted into the ARD program for one year. * Paul Douglas White Jr., 21, of 170 Wendel Road, Hempfield, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and harassment. He was sentenced to three to 12 months in jail. He was also ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment. * Cindy Lou Wanichko, 42, of 422 Lehmer St., Latrobe, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. On separate charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, she was sentenced to probation for one year. On separate charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of a controlled substance, he also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one to two years in jail. He was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatment. Sentences are to run consecutively.
