Delphi Medical buys Peak Industries

Delphi Medical Systems of Troy, Mich., said Tuesday it acquired Peak Industries of Denver, Colo., for $44 million.

Peak is a contract manufacturer of medical devices. Delphi Medical said Peak's sales are estimated to reach $72 million for 2004.

Delphi Medical Systems is a provider of technology, products, and product development and manufacturing for dialysis, infusion and respiratory care.
