Derry Township accident on Route 22 kills one
One person was dead after an accident about 2:45 p.m. today near the intersection of routes 22 and 982 in Derry Township, according to a Westmoreland County 911 dispatcher. A second person died when a New Alexandria rescue vehicle en route to the accident was involved in another wreck about a half-mile away.
