Doctors have decided not to remove a bullet lodged in a 13-year-old Washington County girl's chest after she was shot while riding in a car with her father, police said. Four rounds were fired from a white, 1990s Mercury Sable or Ford Taurus as it was passing the car along Route 88 in Fallowfield shortly after 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to police. The girl was in stable condition Thursday, police said. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Fallowfield police at 724-483-4545.
