Police have identified the driver of an SUV that on Tuesday evening leveled the porch of a West Tarentum home.

Rashod Rondee Pack-McHenry, 27, of Tarentum was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer when it plowed through a porch of a house near the corner of East Street and West Tenth Avenue, Tarentum police Chief Bill Vakulick said. The collision brought down the porch's roof.

Two children, 2 and 7, were riding with Pack-McHenry. They were not injured, the chief said, nor were a woman and three children who were inside the house.

Pack-McHenry was taken to a local hospital Tuesday evening with back and leg pain, police said.

Pack-McHenry has not been charged in the crash, which is under investigation while Allegheny County police examine the vehicle for equipment failure, Vakulick said.
