Duranti's Restaurant in the Park Plaza condominiums in Oakland, which was scheduled to close yesterday, will remain open a bit longer as management continues efforts to wrap up operations, said co-owner Frank Duranti. "We will likely stay open until the end of the year," Duranti said. The restaurant will follow its traditional holiday schedule: closed on Christmas Eve (Wednesday); open on Christmas Day (Thursday) from noon to 5 p.m., and closed again on the day after Christmas (Friday), Duranti said. Other days, normal operating hours of 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. will continue.
