Eagleware buys Elanix

Eagleware Corp. of Norcross, Ga., Thursday acquired Elanix Inc. of Westlake Village, Calif.

Eagleware supplies high-frequency design software for the microwave industry. Elanix is an electronic-system design tool provider.

Financial terms of the deal, approved by Elanix shareholders and the board, were not disclosed. The deal was expected to close within a week.

Eagleware said the deal expands its portfolio of high-frequency simulation, analysis and synthesis software.

The cash transaction was financed internally by Eagleware.
