School : Davis is a senior at McKeesport Area High School.
Interests : Davis plays golf, but his main interests are politics, government and community work. He serves on several nonprofit boards and commissions, including the McKeesport Neighborhood Initiative, McKeesport Blueprint Communities Initiative, the Weed and Seed program's Targeted Area Local Leadership team and its crime and safety committee. He is youth adviser for the McKeesport branch of the NAACP and junior chairman of the Mon Valley Peoples Action Committee. He helped build a playground in McKeesport's 7th Ward that was financed by KaBOOM!, a national nonprofit, and Home Depot.
School interests: Davis' favorite subjects are English and his advanced placement government and politics class. He's president of the senior class, on the executive board of student government, president of the Model United Nations Club and a member of the Students Against Violence Everywhere executive board. Davis is a board member of the Interact Club, a Rotary-sponsored service organization, and is the eastern representative on the Interact district board. He plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh and major in business management or administration before obtaining a law degree.
Noteworthy: Davis is chairman of the McKeesport Mayor's Youth Council and the Junior Mayor of McKeesport.
