Enslaving themselves

Since President Obama has been in power, he and his enablers have bought off many Americans by giving them handouts — easier access to food stamps, disability and extended unemployment benefits, health insurance subsidies, etc. — all of which make them more dependent on government.

Those people should be made aware that each time we defer to government that which was formerly our responsibility, we add a link to the chain that will eventually enslave us.
