EQT sells $700M in 10-year notes

EQT Corp., the North Shore-based natural-gas producer supplier, sold $700 million of 10-year notes.

The 8.125 percent debt is priced to yield 5.0 percent more than similar-maturity Treasuries. The company previously marketed $500 million of notes.
