Charges filed before Murrysville District Justice Charles Conway include four counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds, one felony and three misdemeanors; three counts of deceptive business practices, all felonies; three counts of theft by deception, all felonies; one count each of bad checks, defrauding security creditors and tampering with public records, all misdemeanors; six violations of the Board of Motor Vehicles Act; and six vehicle code violations.
When asked to comment on the charges yesterday, Brinker said he was unaware they had been filed.
