A Facebook post threatening to shoot police drew increased security to the Greyhound bus station in Downtown Pittsburgh Sunday night, though no credible threat materialized.

Someone who spotted the online post, which threatened to shoot officers at the Greyhound station around 7 p.m., told police at the Zone 1 station, and they in turn notified Zone 2, which covers Downtown. Station security were also notified.

Pittsburgh Public Safety spokeswoman Sonya Toler said police from Zone 2 responded to the bus station but nothing had happened as of 8 p.m. She declined to comment further on the police response.
