Fidelity Investments has opened an investor center off Washington Road in Bethel Park.

While investors can access guidance and investment tools over the Internet or by phone, said Matthew Knight, branch manager, "Those with more complex needs related to retirement and retirement income planning, investment management or other important financial goals prefer to meet with representatives in person."

The office at 1680 Washington Road has a staff of 10 people, including Knight, and features private client consultation areas and on-site seminar facilities. Fidelty also has a Wexford office, and has 162 branches overall.
