The trailer for the upcoming Sept. 11 movie, "United 93," has been pulled from a New York theater because it upset some moviegoers to the point of tears.

"I don't think people are ready for this," Kevin Adjodha, a manager at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square 12, told Newsweek magazine. "One lady was crying. She was saying that we shouldn't have played the trailer. That this was wrong."

"United 93" is about the hijacked plane that crashed into a Pennsylvania field after 40 passengers and crew fought the terrorists trying to divert it to Washington.

Viewers at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood reportedly yelled, "Too soon," when it was shown there, the New York Daily News reported.

The film opens in U.S. theaters April 28.
