A firefighter checks the insulation in the roof at Hannah Welding, located in the Donora Industrial Park on Washington Street in Carroll Township. Workers were using a cutting torch on an old tank, pictured behind the firefighter, when recycling material inside it caught fire around 1 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2014. Firefighters from Carroll, Valley Inn, Donora and Monongahela responded and quickly extinguished the blaze, which did not advance into the roof of the structure.
