Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen earned an estimated $21 million last year to make Forbes' list of the most powerful celebrities under 25.

The billionaire twins, 19, haven't made movie since the 2004 flop "New York Minute," but proceeds from their clothing and accessory lines continue to skyrocket, Zap2it.com reported Friday.

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton, 25, is also on the list, bringing in an estimated $6.5 million with her perfume and accessories lines, celebrity appearances and her reality show, "The Simple Life."

Singer/actress Hilary Duff, 18, raked in $15 million last year while her rival, Lindsay Lohan, 19, made an estimated $11 million.

Ashlee Simpson, 21, is also on the list with $5.3 million in earnings as is Amanda Bynes, 19, who pulled in $1.5 million in 2005.

Only two men are on the list -- "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz, 20, at $8 million and Cleveland Cavaliers forward Le Bron James, 21, took in a cool $22.9 million in contracts and endorsements.

Tennis stars Maria Sharapova, 18, and Serena Williams, 24, also made the list at $18.2 million and $12.7 million, respectively.
