Fox-owned TV stations in Washington, D.C., and Boston will carry "The Tony Danza Show" beginning this fall, Daily Variety said Monday.

The syndicated series has not aired previously in Washington, the eighth-largest TV market in the nation. It had been on the air in Boston on an ABC affiliate that has decided to drop it.

Variety said many Fox-owned stations have openings in their 2005-06 schedules because sister company Twentieth TV has canceled several freshmen shows -- including "Good Day Live," "Texas Justice" and, most recently, "Ambush Makeover."

Overall, "The Tony Danza Show" is on in more than 120 markets, reaching over 90 percent of the United States.
