Aspinwall Police Department has rescheduled its inaugural family movie night after the original date was canceled for rain.

Acting Chief Dave Nemec said police will host “Moana” at 8 p.m. July 20 at the Ben Killian Baseball Fields along Field Avenue.

Nemec was disappointed to cancel the original date in June and hopes the event will become a regular social event hosted by the department.

It is free and includes popcorn and ice cream for children.

Residents are encouraged to bring a blanket or chairs.
