Andy Fraley is the new chief technology officer at SnapRetail, a marketing company based in Churchill that creates social media and electronic marketing tools for retailers.
Fraley previously founded CoManage with partner Dave Nelsen and was chief technology officer there; he also was with Fore Systems and Hewlett-Packard.
