If you want to know whom to blame for America's high gas prices, look no further than Congress.

Pennsylvanians can further blame U.S. Sen. Bob Casey. Last week, Casey and 55 other senators voted against drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and off the coasts.

Why has the senator chosen to continue making us more dependent on foreign oil• Casey and his out-of-touch colleagues must care more about keeping evil dictators (and countries supporting terrorism) in business.

Thanks to Casey, Pennsylvanians may have to choose whether to go on vacation -- and pay $4 to $5 per gallon -- or go on a hiatus to keep bread on the table.
