Gateway Health Plan, occupying 100,000 square feet in U.S. Steel Tower, Downtown, is reviewing its options to remain at its current location or find new space in another Downtown building.

"Our lease does not expire in the near future, but we want to review our office location -- which must be Downtown," said CEO Michael Blackwood. He declined to disclose the lease expiration date, but said many of his 500 office personnel depend on public transportation to get to work, thus requiring a Downtown location. "We must look 10 years ahead, as we expect to grow, to what our office space needs will be to determine where we are in the future," he said.

Bill Leone of Colliers International is seeking locations available for his firm.
