GeoEnvironmental Consortium merges with Hull & Associates

GeoEnvironmental Consortium Inc., founded in Pittsburgh in 1997, said Thursday it has merged with Hull & Associates Inc., a Dublin, Ohio, company specializing in urban revitalization.

The combination, which will operate as Hull-GEC for now, creates a firm with 200 employees in seven offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest to provide solutions for urban revitalization, energy, waste management and industrial markets.
